Hi there! I’m Blackwood, and I’m a puppy who likes to look brave and confident… even if I’m secretly a bit of a softie.

I’m naturally curious and love exploring my surroundings, checking out new toys, smells, and anything that catches my attention. I’ll often act like I’ve got nerves of steel, but if a loud or unexpected noise pops up, I’m quick to remember that I’m still a baby who prefers reassurance and comfort. Once I know everything is okay, I bounce right back and keep on playing.

I’m playful, energetic, and learning something new every day. I enjoy interactive games and even like to play hide and seek, which keeps both my brain and body busy. I’m also starting to tell my foster when I need to go outside and am learning good manners like sitting when I come back in. I’m still working on typical puppy habits like mouthing and impulse control, but I’m smart and eager to learn with positive guidance.
